High strength no-gap atomic steel
The cold rolled IFHS steel can be divided into exposed panel, structural part and reinforcing part
according to its application. The cold rolled IFHSproduced in LY Steel with good deep drawing and strength as well as good weldability and coating performance, is widely applied to the manufactur-ing of complex auto structural parts, reinforcing part and exposed panel.

Surface quality of High strength no-gap atomic steel

| High-grade surface finishing | FB（ 03） | A few defects without affecting formability and coating adhesion are allowable on surface, eg. Slight scratches, identation, pitted spot, roll mark and oxide color. |
| Higher-grade surface finishing | FC（ 04） | None of any visible obvious defect on the better one of two surfaces, the other side has to reach FB requirement at least. |
| Superior surface finishing | FD(O5) | None of any defect which affected the surface quality after painting or electro-galvanizing on the better one of two surfaces, the other side has to reach FB requirement at least. |
