High Strength No-Gap Atomic Steel
High strength no-gap atomic steel is an advanced steel with excellent strength and fatigue resistance and is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and high-performance machinery. This material achieves an atomic-level gapless structure through a special smelting process, thereby significantly improving its tensile strength, ductility and durability. Not only can it meet the needs of use in extreme environments, but it can also significantly reduce the structural weight and improve overall efficiency.

High strength no-gap atomic steel
The cold rolled IFHS steel can be divided into exposed panel, structural part and reinforcing part
according to its application. The cold rolled IFHSproduced in LY Steel with good deep drawing and strength as well as good weldability and coating performance, is widely applied to the manufactur-ing of complex auto structural parts, reinforcing part and exposed panel.

1) R P0.2 should be adopted when the yielding is not obvious,
otherwise use ReL.
2)Transverse sample should be taken
3) The supplier can
not provide r and n value if the processing performance can be guaranteed, the supplier can provide r and n value
once both parties agreed.
Surface quality of High strength no-gap atomic steel
Grading | Code | Features |
High-grade surface finishing | FB( 03) | A few defects without affecting formability and coating adhesion are allowable on surface, eg. Slight scratches, identation, pitted spot, roll mark and oxide color. |
Higher-grade surface finishing | FC( 04) | None of any visible obvious defect on the better one of two surfaces, the other side has to reach FB requirement at least. |
Superior surface finishing | FD(O5) | None of any defect which affected the surface quality after painting or electro-galvanizing on the better one of two surfaces, the other side has to reach FB requirement at least. |
